Dear Tom,

In today’s day and age it sometimes takes moving a mountain to coordinate even the slightest communication.  You and I visited back and forth with voice messages regarding the tree-damaged gutter at my home.  Recently, you had a representative come by and take a look at the brand of gutter I have.  How very surprised I was when he told me that the gutter would be replaced at no charge.  I was shocked and quite honestly didn’t believe him.  The following week my neighbor e-mailed me at the office that there were men working at the front of my house – It was my replacement gutter!  Replacement at no charge – the business world doesn’t work that way!  So today I write to let you know that Findlay Roofing is at the top of my list of A++ businesses.  I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what an outstanding example of an ethical, value-driven company Findlay Roofing is – especially because you are in an industry filled with cheap imitations.
