Dear Tom,

Since I am always the first as well as the loudest to express my displeasure with any given event, I find myself compelled to send you and your company this letting of commendation.

Being the skeptic that I am, I was hoping 70% of what you told us would actually come to fruition, to my surprise and utter amazement you company provided 110%.

What you said: Buy it it’s good stuff, we’re the best, algae resistant, and price.

What happened: Your crew arrived on time, each in a Findlay Roofing Uniform.  It became apparent immediately that this was not they’re first roof installation.  In a very methodical professional manor they all went about they’re assigned duties.  It was like watching national geographic, all the worker bee’s, I digress.  Throughout the entire project it was the same, they started protecting my property when they arrived, and had two complete sweeps, with different people, when they left.  With the exception of a beautiful new roof on my home, and one place that might be cleaner, you can not tell they have been here.  Did I mention they all had Findlay Roofing Uniforms?

Tom, your company far exceeded our expectation’s.  Barbara and I could not be more pleased.  In this day and age of greed and dishonesty, it is indeed an honor and a pleasure to work with someone of your integrity.  We look forward to seeing you again.
