I just received your letter and have been meaning to write ever since I’ve had my roof installed by Findlay Roofing in 2003.

I have been so satisfied with my new roof and the entire experience was very positive.  The crew was efficient and, even though I can’t get up on the roof to see the work, I am confident that I was given the best roofing system in town.  Just to let you know, my neighbor was very sorry that she chose the other roofer.  It turned out to be one BIG  nightmare for her and she told me she was so sorry that she didn’t have her roof done by Findlay.  The water was pouring into her kitchen after the job was done and it took her forever to get in contact with someone at the company to fix it.

I have indeed given your name to friends in other parts of Atlanta and wanted you to know that you will always have my endorsement.
