Installed a full chimney cover to prevent birds from building nests in my roof vents (furnace and hot water heaters). The vents are inside my chimney, so I could not see the problem. The blocked vent caused my furnace to stop running (safety feature). Probably saved my life (CO2 poisoning), but caused a broken water pipe. After identifying and resolving the blocked furnace vent problem, Findlay Roofing designed and installed a custom roof cover. They considered alternative solutions and gave me the best and fair price. Highly recommend Findlay Roofing.

We had a fantastic experience with this roofing company and highly recommend their services. Trevor initially came out to inspect our roof for potential storm damage. He was prompt, professional, and provided an honest, thorough assessment. He also gave us a fair and reasonable estimate to install two attic exhaust fans to help regulate the temperature and to remove two unused DirecTV dishes.
On installation day, Miguel arrived right on time and was courteous, attentive, and very accommodating. He completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. The workmanship looks excellent, and the work area was left spotless. Lisa kept us informed with the schedule and provided all post-installation documentation.
From the initial survey to the final installation, everything went smoothly. The communication, professionalism, and quality of work exceeded expectations — all at a very reasonable cost. Truly a great experience from beginning to end!

Heath and Fabian from Findlay Roofing both demonstrated great customer service while inspecting and replacing our burned-out roof fan. Heath started with a roof assessment and found it in generally good condition, which was welcome news.
Fabian arrived on a different day to perform the actual fan replacement. He was friendly, on time, communicated well by text, and was very knowledgeable. We had a noise problem after the initial replacement, and Fabian promptly came back out to fix the issue. I would recommend Findlay Roofing to friends and family without hesitation. I will definitely get an estimate from them in a few years when I need the roof replaced.
