I have a roof warranty with Findlay Roofing that was transferred to me by the previous homeowners. We recently had water intrusion in our basement due to a downspout and gutter issue. Billie and Tom worked with me to find a solution and kept the cost within their standard service rate. In my experience, they’ve been very fair, responsive, and genuinely willing to help.

I'm very delighted to leave this current review for Findlay Roofing. I actually knew the original owner, Tom Findlay, who unfortunately is no longer with us, as a man of impeccable reputation and action. Over the course of owning my home for over 25 years, I've had two separate times when Findlay Roofing replaced the entire roof. In May 2019, I invested in both architectural shingles for the roof as well as the installation of a gutter protection system for my home. Recently I had to have one of the downspouts readjusted, for which I called Billy Houston to see the best probable action to be taken. He recommended and dispatched Chris Smith, who actually did the work with fantastic results. The downspout is now corrected and looks great. Additionally, I had to speak with Danielle Andel from the warranty office about some previous documentation, which somehow I had lost. Within 20 minutes, Danielle had gone and found the document, sent me a scan of the document, and emailed it to me appropriately. Ladies and gentlemen, in this age where people are almost scared to have to use contractors, I have no such worry. If there's ever a discrepancy in their service, they will fix it and they will do so with a smile because they want to keep your business. I'm happy with my experience, and I hope that you have an equally enjoyable experience as well. Albert

Great experience from beginning to end. Scheduled an appointment for a quote quickly, then Ben Wood came out and did a thorough inspection and gave us all of our options of gutters and colors. Then they scheduled the gutter replacement quickly, and the job was done very professionally. We could not be more pleased.

Bob and I are very satisfied with our new roof and gutters. We've known about Findlay for a number of years. We moved to our current home from Norcross. Mark, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the products they use and how they protect your investment in your home. Luis and the crew that installed the roof were fantastic and cleaned the area around the home completely. They finished on Monday, and the gutter crew came on Wednesday and were also the same way. I had my gutters replaced about three years ago and had Findlay Roofing install new 5" gutters to replace the 4" gutters. They also added gutter guards. My house was 21 years old at the time, so there was some significant rotting along the fascia throughout. I worked with their representative, Billy Curcio. Mr. Curcio was prompt to the appointment and took his time explaining the gutter replacement, fascia repair, and new gutter and gutter guard install process and pricing on the initial call. I believe I was fortunate to have Ben, I believe their best installer/project manager, do the work on my house. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and courteous both to my wife and to his crew. Mr. Curcio and Ben finished the job on time and at the price quoted to me. It has now been three years since the work was done and I have had zero issues. I strongly recommend Findlay Roofing for their quality of work, their people, and the fact that they have been around for a number of years. It gives me confidence that if I were to have problems, Findlay would still be around to address them.

We had a roof completed with Findlay over 10 years ago. It needed some boots resealed several years ago, and they promptly completed that under warranty. So this year we had them do our seamless gutters with their leaf guard. We wanted to use them again because the guard installs under the 1st shingle layer. The price was spot on and they completed the work on time and cleaned up. We loved working with them.
