Clark’s Christmas Kids
Clark’s Christmas Kids is a long-running initiative that ensures children in Georgia’s foster care system—many spending the holidays away from their families—receive gifts on Christmas morning. For 31 years, DFCS has partnered with Clark Howard, WSB-Radio, and St. Vincent de Paul to connect donors with children’s wish lists, benefiting thousands of kids each year.
The team at Findlay Roofing shows up onsite for in-person shopping events (typically at Walmart locations around metro Atlanta)
Findlay Roofing donates $15,000 each year to support gifts for the children. In addition, we ask our employees to pair with 1 child for a unique $500 shopping moment in-person.
It’s not just a toy drive. It’s about making sure foster children feel remembered and supported during the holidays, often for kids who need it most. These values are what continue to make Findlay Roofing a partner in our communities.
BackPack Blessings
BackPack Blessings partners with two elementary schools in Cobb County, GA -- Fair Oaks Elementary and Milford Elementary -- and the Marietta Salvation Army After School program to reach children who live in food-insecure households.
Each week during the school year, our signature blue backpacks are stocked with nutritious, child-friendly, and easy-to-prepare meals and snacks. We hand-deliver the backpacks on Fridays, along with words of encouragement, so chronically hungry children know they are loved and are assured of food for the weekend. BackPack Blessings not only provides food to these children -- they also deliver and demonstrate the love of Christ. They have also provide special gifts, bible messages, and treats on holidays. And, yes, they've even prayed in the hallways for the children, staff and their families. The principals who have served Fair Oaks Elementary over this past decade have recognized this organization as an important part of the community as well as one of the keys to improved student performance. Indeed, as a direct result of BackPack Blessings, they have seen improvement in student test scores, reading skills, behavior, attendance, and health!
Care-a-Thon
We partner with WSB Radio and their Care-a-Thon Sponsorship event. In 2025, WSB Radio, with the support of Findlay Roofing, set a new station record with over $2.1 Million in donations raised for the AFLAC Cancer and Blood Disorder Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in just 36 hours!
Dog Of The Month
In 1966, the DeKalb Humane Society, a completely volunteer-run independent organization, opened their doors as a no-kill shelter, where every animal would stay until they could find a new home. Renamed to PAWS Atlanta in 2002, this independent organization is Georgia’s oldest no-kill animal shelter, finding homes for over 49,000 animals. PAWS Atlanta receives no funding from federal, state or county governments. The vital services they offer to the community are made possible by the thoughtful generosity of supporters. PAWS Atlanta’s mission: “We believe that people and pets bring out the best in each other. Therefore, our mission is to build a community of caring, by people helping pets and pets helping people.” Partnering with 95.5WSB, Atlanta’s News & Talk station, Findlay Roofing is proud to sponsor the PAWS Atlanta Dog of the Month Program.
We partner with WSB Radio each month for the Dog of the Month to support adoption through PawsAtlanta.org. Findlay Roofing pays all adoption fees so these pups can have new homes.
The Pollack Family Foundation
The Pollack Family Foundation was founded by former University of Georgia and Cincinnati Bengals football player, David Pollack and wife Lindsey, together with their children.
The Pollack Family Foundation was initially founded with the desire to educate and encourage individuals, families and communities on the benefits of nutrition and exercise with a focus of raising awareness about childhood obesity.
The Pollack Family Foundation made the transition from a focus of ‘raising awareness about childhood obesity’ to an expanded reach of ’empowering families’ by providing for basic needs and fundamental care as we invest in opportunities to encourage ‘Faith. Family. Community.’ throughout the Athens, Georgia community and the Greater Atlanta area.
The Pollack Family Foundation’s prominent fundraising event, our Annual Celebrity Golf Classic benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, will continue to fund our long standing partnership with CHOA and their Strong4Life program.

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®) was the first humane society to be established in North America and is, today, one of the largest in the world.
Our organization was founded on the belief that animals are entitled to kind and respectful treatment at the hands of humans and must be protected under the law. Headquartered in New York City, the ASPCA maintains a strong local presence, and with programs that extend our anti-cruelty mission across the country, we are recognized as a national animal welfare organization. We are a privately funded 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, and are proud to boast more than 2 million supporters across the country.
The ASPCA’s mission, as stated by founder Henry Bergh in 1866, is “to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.”
