    ROOF REPAIR RESOURCES

    • Minimizing Disruption While Maximizing Value

Commercial buildings and businesses face unique challenges when installing a new roof. While cost and value are always of primary importance, many businesses may be wary of a roofing project that threatens to disrupt their operations or even force them to shut down, creating additional costs in the form of lost revenue.

As an experienced commercial roofing company, Findlay Roofing is happy to work with each client to make sure the roof replacement project is completed with minimal disruptions. If you need this roof work completed in the evenings or on weekends, we can schedule time to make it happen. If you’re worried about disruptions or inconveniences experienced by your tenants, we’ll take extra steps to notify tenants of upcoming work, and to protect tenant property from damage related to falling debris or other materials.

Whatever your concerns may be, let us know and we’ll come up with a solution that makes sense for everyone involved.

    • Looking for Commercial Roof Repair?

Depending on the type of damage your building’s roof has suffered—as well as the type of materials used—there are situations where a roof repair makes more sense than a roof replacement.

Compared to a full replacement, roof repairs can be performed at a much lower cost to your business, while still providing the structural integrity and durability you expect from your roof. A trusted roofing expert can evaluate your roof’s condition and help you determine whether a repair or full replacement makes sense for your specific circumstances.

    • A Trusted Vendor

Business owners have been referring Findlay Roofing to each other for over 17 years. Why? Because of the quality control experts on our staff, and the high level skills of our roofing professionals. We’re here for you, for everything from small standalone buildings to industrial roofing for large installations.

Only need minor commercial roof repairs? No problem. Need new gutters to go with your new roof? We’ll handle it.

    • Offering a Wide Selection of Commercial Roofing Materials

Compared to residential homes and buildings, commercial buildings often have broader options when it comes to the materials used on the roof. Each of these materials offers its own benefits and drawbacks ranging from durability to cost to aesthetic features, and not every material will make sense for every commercial building.

Findlay Roofing installs a wide range of commercial roofs based on our clients’ goals, including what materials are the best fit for their roofs. These materials include the following:

      • Single-ply roofing. This includes both (TPO roofing) and (PVC roofing). This cheap and durable roofing material is a popular choice for flat and low-sloped commercial roofs because of its limited seams, reducing the risk of water leaks.

      • Modified bitumen. This is a cheap and durable roof that can perform well in extreme weather, although its lifespan is on the shorter side as compared to other roofing materials.

      • Asphalt shingles. Popular on residential homes, asphalt offers a nice balance between durability, longevity and cost.

      • Metal roofing. Commercial buildings can choose from several (metal roof types), including corrugated steel and aluminum, all of which offer excellent durability and longevity, as well as minimal long-term maintenance—although the installation cost is much higher than other types of materials.

      • Cedar shakes. Also popular on residential homes, cedar shakes are both durable and visually appealing, but they are more expensive than other shingle options.

      • Clay and slate roofing. This type of roofing material is incredibly durable and visually stunning, but businesses will pay a premium for installation.

The best way to familiarize yourself with your roofing materials options is to meet with a roofing expert who can identify the best-fit materials for your building’s roof.

    • The Benefits of Working With a Trusted Commercial Roofer

As a local business, you may have had unsolicited visits or mailings from companies offering commercial roof replacements at a price other businesses can’t be beat. Unfortunately, many of these aggressive sales efforts come from fraudulent operations attempting to trick businesses and homeowners into paying for poor roofing jobs could quickly lead to serious—and expensive—problems.

When you’re making a sizable investment into your commercial property, it pays to work with a reputable, licensed commercial roofer. With more than 17 years of commercial roofing experience, a strong local reputation and proven quality assurance standards, Findlay Roofing has the track record and the craftsmanship your business can trust with any size of roofing project.
